With the KOALA.software app you connect directly to your KOALA.software server.
With the KOALA.software app you always have all the information at hand:
- Which child is PRESENT?
- In which ROOM are which carers and which children?
- Who is AUTHORIZED TO PICK UP?
- Who is scheduled for which COURSES today?
- How long is the child's CARE TIME today?
- Which child GOES WITH which other child?
- Are there any ALLERGIES?
- On which days is a child REGULARLY ABSENT?
- What are the parents' CONTACT DETAILS?
- What DAILY INSTRUCTIONS must be observed when picking up the child?
All information always synchronous
Every action of an employee is visible IN REAL TIME to all other KOALA.software users.
