The DPD app offers you a variety of useful features:

● Track: Live tracking lets you see exactly where your package is currently located. We'll tell you exactly when we'll ring you.

● Tax: Determine yourself when and where we deliver your package. If you are not at home, you'll never miss a package again thanks to our change options. For example, we can deliver your parcel to a neighbor, leave it in a safe place, for example, deliver it to the garage or the garden shed, or to a pickup parcel shop of your choice. We also gladly deliver your parcel to another location or day - of course also on Saturdays!

● More personal than ever: Define your individual delivery preferences, such as the desired parcel shop and the parking OK. Or tell us how we can notify you about your package, such as: B. by push message or e-mail.

● Return: With a tap, you can easily return your parcels.

● Send: From now on you can also send your parcels via the DPD app - with just a few clicks and without paperwork thanks to a mobile parcel label.

● Access anytime, anywhere: Register and benefit from automatic synchronization between all your devices, such as mobile devices. Smartphone, tablet and computer. So you have access to your packages at any time and from anywhere.

Simply THE worst delivery service I experienced. you cannot do anything inside the app, and they don't even show you the actual position of your delivery. + they are attempting to deliver my parcel for a week now, every day(as they say in daily mails). and every day they fail and try again and again. leaving it at the parcel shop doesn't even come to mind of these people (I selected that option). what an absolute trash business you guys built. Amazon delivered my parcel a week ago already

Very bad, clicked on chose neighbour, and without doing nothing, my 12kg package was redirected to packet shop... No option to change delivery preference. Called the support, they could not do anything about my request. Total disappointment...

The app is basically useless. I had to change the destination of the parcel. I changed the destination in app. This resulted in exactly nothing. The option to chat with the chatbot was absolutely useless. The contact form was useless as well, as it was broken. Has required selection fields in order to send out the contact form. This mandatory selection field doesn't work and report filing was blocked. No contact with humans possible. The app seems abandoned. Be assured that you won't be helped.
