The DPD app offers you a variety of useful features:

● Track: Live tracking lets you see exactly where your package is currently located. We'll tell you exactly when we'll ring you.

● Tax: Determine yourself when and where we deliver your package. If you are not at home, you'll never miss a package again thanks to our change options. For example, we can deliver your parcel to a neighbor, leave it in a safe place, for example, deliver it to the garage or the garden shed, or to a pickup parcel shop of your choice. We also gladly deliver your parcel to another location or day - of course also on Saturdays!

● More personal than ever: Define your individual delivery preferences, such as the desired parcel shop and the parking OK. Or tell us how we can notify you about your package, such as: B. by push message or e-mail.

● Return: With a tap, you can easily return your parcels.

● Send: From now on you can also send your parcels via the DPD app - with just a few clicks and without paperwork thanks to a mobile parcel label.

Ratings and reviews

Simply THE worst delivery service I experienced. you cannot do anything inside the app, and they don't even show you the actual position of your delivery. + they are attempting to deliver my parcel for a week now, every day(as they say in daily mails). and every day they fail and try again and again. leaving it at the parcel shop doesn't even come to mind of these people (I selected that option). what an absolute trash business you guys built. Amazon delivered my parcel a week ago already

Not even one star worthy... the app either is stuck in a loop of constantly trying to open or it just straight up tells me that i would not have an internet connection (which is obviously not true).. even a karaoke set would be more useful to mute ppl than this app is overall

the application is useless, they don't ring the door , they just say no adresse found , i was running behind the delivery truck with mu car and every time i ask a one they say no we don't have tou parcel, so the app shows different truck adresses . i was all day at home, but nothing. this is the worst delivery service ever, not like, dhl. i have never faced any problem with them
