The DPD app offers you a variety of useful features:

● Track: Live tracking lets you see exactly where your package is currently located. We'll tell you exactly when we'll ring you.

● Tax: Determine yourself when and where we deliver your package. If you are not at home, you'll never miss a package again thanks to our change options. For example, we can deliver your parcel to a neighbor, leave it in a safe place, for example, deliver it to the garage or the garden shed, or to a pickup parcel shop of your choice. We also gladly deliver your parcel to another location or day - of course also on Saturdays!

● More personal than ever: Define your individual delivery preferences, such as the desired parcel shop and the parking OK. Or tell us how we can notify you about your package, such as: B. by push message or e-mail.

● Return: With a tap, you can easily return your parcels.

● Send: From now on you can also send your parcels via the DPD app - with just a few clicks and without paperwork thanks to a mobile parcel label.

Ratings and reviews

The most incompetent delivery service. Classic situation: you're waiting for them at home for hours, tracking them via the app. Eventually, you get "we were unable to catch you at home." Really? I have windows, and I saw that you never came. Last time, they were unable to find the address. I tried to redirect to the nearest parcel shop (500m) and got "the parcel shop is not within the 10km range".

One of the worst user experiences ever. Ask AI to rebuild this buggy app - you'll be definitely positively surprised with the results. Right now it is a nightmare to use it; my hands are shivering when I need to change something, like give a deposit ok, because you never know if the app won't log you out without asking. And afterwards, it's Russian roulette if you can log in back again. Not even talking about a feature that's supposed to save your postal code - it doesn't work.

The app is great, it's design is very nice, I like it a lot that it's in english unlike the DHL app, but the service is terrible, they promised me that my parcel will be delivered in 2 days, now I need to wait 5 and they don't say to you anything, not a single apologize or just a simple notification that the parcel will be delivered another day. Hey I understand everything, things can happen, but you should warn your customers about a parcel being late!
