The DPD app offers you a variety of useful features:

● Track: Live tracking lets you see exactly where your package is currently located. We'll tell you exactly when we'll ring you.

● Tax: Determine yourself when and where we deliver your package. If you are not at home, you'll never miss a package again thanks to our change options. For example, we can deliver your parcel to a neighbor, leave it in a safe place, for example, deliver it to the garage or the garden shed, or to a pickup parcel shop of your choice. We also gladly deliver your parcel to another location or day - of course also on Saturdays!

● More personal than ever: Define your individual delivery preferences, such as the desired parcel shop and the parking OK. Or tell us how we can notify you about your package, such as: B. by push message or e-mail.

● Return: With a tap, you can easily return your parcels.

● Send: From now on you can also send your parcels via the DPD app - with just a few clicks and without paperwork thanks to a mobile parcel label.

● Access anytime, anywhere: Register and benefit from automatic synchronization between all your devices, such as mobile devices. Smartphone, tablet and computer. So you have access to your packages at any time and from anywhere.

Ratings and reviews

When creating the parcel through the app, there is no barcode. The app only provides a QR code. When I bring the parcel to the drop-off point, they cannot scan the code. When I call DPD customer support, they tell me: “No, you should have a barcode.” But they cannot help me in any way. They tell me to send an email and say that they will refund my money. Instead of spending five minutes sending the parcel, I have now spent several days trying to solve this problem.

Absolutely terrible service. My package was only two stops away, so I went outside and waited for the driver. Then, out of nowhere, the tracking changed to "couldn't be delivered." That's simply not true—I was outside the whole time, and no DPD driver ever showed up. This is completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. I would never choose DPD if I had another option.

cannot order the parcel to a pickup shop. "The chosen pickup parcelshop is not within the permitted area. ..." Despite adding my address and all relevant info to my profile, it still didn't work. The desktop version also does not provide the functionality for selecting a pickup shop. Poorly developed app. and what is with the hooting truck in the tracker? It is cute, but I would rather have the developers focus on getting the app to work effortlessly, than to waste time on the unnecessary.
