The DPD app offers you a variety of useful features:

● Track: Live tracking lets you see exactly where your package is currently located. We'll tell you exactly when we'll ring you.

● Tax: Determine yourself when and where we deliver your package. If you are not at home, you'll never miss a package again thanks to our change options. For example, we can deliver your parcel to a neighbor, leave it in a safe place, for example, deliver it to the garage or the garden shed, or to a pickup parcel shop of your choice. We also gladly deliver your parcel to another location or day - of course also on Saturdays!

● More personal than ever: Define your individual delivery preferences, such as the desired parcel shop and the parking OK. Or tell us how we can notify you about your package, such as: B. by push message or e-mail.

● Return: With a tap, you can easily return your parcels.

● Send: From now on you can also send your parcels via the DPD app - with just a few clicks and without paperwork thanks to a mobile parcel label.

Ratings and reviews

Horrible. the driver can never locate our home because the app says our house is over 2 kms away from the actual address and the driver does not bother to make the delivery. packages are constantly sent back. DHL is much more reliable. even hermes is better.

This is the worst app i have ever used. Buttons are blocked by other buttons. The name for specific Options inside the app are above the Buttons itself, so you cannot even click them. We build better apps in 9th grade.... Delete this Trash!

Useless. The same unhelpful interface and the same useless information that does not allow to resolve speed and delivery issues!
