Great app but not working for me This is one of the great app but IR blaster not working with MOTO G. Prepared IR blaster as showed by developer. Is there any problem with Lollipop/moto G 1st gen?
Quick test worked Samsung tab2 and Nikon d3200 tested and worked fine for what I wanted will continue to use. Will be making ir for note 2. Thank you update made Ir in couple minutes from old remote and headphone jack tested on note 2 worked reasonably well problem I think I only used 1 light but still worked. when i get some new ir's i will do propper.
Genius App!!! Samsung Note 3 (built in IR) with Canon 5DMark3. It was set up in 30 sec - only selected the camera brand within the app and put the camera in self timer / remote mode! Works like a charm and it even offers time laps / intervalometer functionality without having to push the shutter release all the time! Solved a big problem for me! Graphic design is minimalistic and simple to use and functionality is fantastic!!! Great work guys!
Just what I wanted Works great with my Nikon D5100. Built two of the IR LED plus so I have a spare. Both work great and the program does exactly what I need to take hands off sequences of shots at the telescope. 5 Stars cause it does everything I need and the instructions to build the IR senders was really nice. Thanks!
Works beautifully with IR I didn't realize my Note 3 had an IR blaster until I was researching dslr controller apps. I found this one (which is free) and it works beautifully. The app itself is not very attractive but it doesn't need to be especially considering that the developer doesn't charge for it. Search Google to see if your phone has an IR blaster and if it does, download this app. If it does not you will need to buy/build extra hardware.
Works fine with my D610 and Galaxy S4. Whilst the UI is a little lack luster this gets the job done. With line of sight I got a couple of meters away without a problem (probably could have got further but I was indoors). A handy little app for when I don't have my remote handy.
