Via a photo and a brief description, the issue is reported to the local administration. The location is automatically provided via GPS. The reporting citizen remains anonymous. For security reasons, device data is recorded on the server. The processing status of the reported issue is always transparently trackable by the citizen.

This portal gives citizens the opportunity to report problems and issues in their local area more quickly and easily, while also receiving feedback on the administrative handling of their report.
