About this app
PKHilfe22 supports you in calculating legal aid (PKH) according to § 115 ZPO.
Based on the applicant's income and expenses, the program calculates the amount of the monthly PKH installments or determines whether there is an entitlement to installment-free PKH.
The standard rates and tax exemptions applicable from 01.01.2022 are taken into account, also for the applicant's partner and children. Calculations can be saved and exported in various formats.
A detailed and formatted calculation overview can be sent in PDF format and used, for example, as a printout for the files.
The calculation can be sent to other users of the app by email and processed by them. In this way, the client can conveniently transmit the values required for the PKH application to his lawyer.
FUNCTIONS:
- Information on net income, charges and rent can be given either as a lump sum or in detail
- Clear screen pages for detailed information on spouses and children
- Any number of children can be entered
- Consideration of the remaining allowances for children and child benefit allocations
- Consideration of the participation of the roommates in the rent payment
- Immediate result calculation after every change
- Clear display of the main calculation items on the start page
- Generate and send a detailed and multi-colored calculation overview as a PDF file
- Saving and opening a calculation in your own pkh format in the local memory of the smartphone
- Sending the calculation to other users of the app by email
- Adding metadata such as company name and file number

No special access rights are required.
Sending a calculation by email requires an existing internet connection.
