eEvolution App – Mobile Support for Sales and ERP Processes
Capture information directly on-site with the customer using the eEvolution App and seamlessly transfer it to your eEvolution main system. All recorded sales and relevant ERP transactions are centrally archived and subsequently available in the respective customer or prospect record with complete history.
The eEvolution App creates transparency in daily sales activities and helps companies manage leads, opportunities, prospects, and customers in a structured, timely, and needs-based manner. At the same time, the app enables mobile access to selected eEvolution ERP and inventory management functions.
Features at a Glance
With the eEvolution App, you can easily create, view, and edit data. Search and filter functions allow you to quickly find existing information:
- Personal and general leads
- Personal and general sales opportunities
- Personal and general quotes
- Personal and general appointment lists (including appointment creation and assignment, e.g., to colleagues)
- Contacts and address data
Integration with ERP and CRM
The eEvolution app is fully integrated into the eEvolution ERP system and works closely with address management as well as quote and order management. This ensures a consistent data basis between the mobile app and the central inventory management and ERP system.
In conjunction with eEvolution project billing, working hours can also be recorded and assigned to individual sales or customer projects for analysis.
When using eEvolution Exchange/Outlook synchronization, incoming and outgoing emails are automatically assigned to the respective processes and documented.
Note:
The corresponding CRM module from eEvolution is required to use the sales-related functions.
