Dokivo turns customer jobs into structured service reports and photo documentation directly on your Android device. Record work performed, results, photos, and signatures, then create a professional PDF.

Dokivo helps tradespeople, service technicians, property maintenance services, IT service providers, maintenance companies, and small businesses document their work digitally. Instead of handwritten notes, you can create a clear customer report and proof of work directly on site.

Offline-first and no account required
Dokivo works without an internet connection and does not require a user account. Customer, company, and report data is stored locally on your device by default. The app contains no advertising or tracking SDKs. Data is only shared or exported when you explicitly choose to do so.

The free version includes customer management, service reports, photo documentation, PDF export, signatures, three standard quick inserts, and up to five completed reports per calendar month. Each report can include up to five photos. Free PDFs contain the “Created with Dokivo” notice.
Dokivo Pro
Dokivo Pro adds unlimited reports, a higher photo limit, your own company logo, PDFs without Dokivo branding, custom report numbers, your own quick inserts, report duplication, and advanced export options. Pricing, subscription duration, and renewal terms are displayed by Google Play before purchase.

Dokivo Version 1 is designed for one local user on a single device. Cloud synchronization and team accounts are not currently included. Completed reports retain their original customer information even if the customer’s master data is changed later.
