About this app

Manage your electricity, gas, and water contracts with the enercity app. Keep track of your consumption and payments and handle your requests directly – around the clock, conveniently, and without waiting on hold.

Here's what you can do in the app:

> Consumption & Costs
Whether it's electricity, gas, or water – you can see your consumption and manage your contracts directly in the app. The consumption graph shows both forecasted and actual values, giving you better control over your energy costs. Invoices are available as PDFs, and you can view your payments at any time.

> Dynamic Tariff
With enercity's dynamic tariff, you pay for electricity at the current market price. The app displays the current EPEX exchange electricity prices, a forecast for the next day, and your current costs. A smart meter is required for full functionality. With a smart meter, your load profiles are transmitted automatically – eliminating the need for manual meter readings.


> PriceCap – Exclusively in the App
From mid-April 2026, customers with a dynamic tariff and smart meter will benefit from a free price cap: It limits the EPEX exchange electricity price per kWh to a fixed maximum value. If the market price rises above this, you only pay the fixed PriceCap – nothing more. This feature is available free of charge to all eligible app customers until the end of 2026.

> Self-Service
Submit meter readings, adjust monthly payments, view contract details, change personal data – all directly in the app. Our payment recommendation also helps you avoid additional payments.

> Dark Mode
The app supports Dark Mode. It automatically follows your system settings or can be switched manually in the app.
