All documents are encrypted and stored on German servers. Each client receives a completely isolated, dedicated database instance.

Export your entire archive as a ZIP package (documents + CSV metadata) – for tax advisors, accounting software, or your own archiving needs.

✓ Client segregation – your data is completely isolated from other customers
✓ Daily automated backups, 90-day data retention
✓ TLS encryption for all transmissions
✓ GDPR compliant; data processing agreement available upon request
The app only transmits camera and file recordings with your explicit consent – no automatic background transmission.
