My NettoKOM App - Your Prepaid Plan Always With You

My NettoKOM is your personal, password-protected area for your prepaid plan.

With the free My NettoKOM app, you always have it with you: Keep track of your usage, plan, and balance, top up conveniently, and manage your SIM card directly on your smartphone.

Keep track of your usage, plan, and balance
On the home screen, you can see at a glance how much credit you have left, which plan is active, and your current usage. This way, you always have your prepaid plan under control – whether you're at home or on the go.

Change or add to your plan
In My NettoKOM, you can flexibly adapt your plan to your needs. Change your plan directly in the app or add suitable options – for example, with additional data volume, 24-hour data passes, or travel packages when you're abroad.

Easy top-up and payment
Enter the top-up code from your NettoKOM top-up card in My NettoKOM or scan it directly with the app. Alternatively, you can conveniently top up your credit – for example, via PayPal or bank transfer – and set up automatic top-ups if desired. You pay for your plan with your credit balance or a saved payment method.

Manage Data and Settings
Manage your personal data and settings directly in the app. This includes, for example, your address, bank details, payment methods, and login settings. This allows you to quickly manage many aspects of your prepaid plan yourself.

Support and Help
Need support? The app provides helpful information and lets you generate a hotline PIN. This helps the NettoKOM service team identify you more quickly when you contact them.

Manage SIM and Account
In My NettoKOM, you manage your SIM centrally in one account. If you use multiple SIMs, you can easily keep track of them all. You can check your balance and usage for each SIM, adjust plans and options, and block or unblock your SIM as needed. With a compatible device, you can also switch to an eSIM.

The app is your mobile access to My NettoKOM. It combines transparency, flexible management, and ease of use – ideal if you want to manage your prepaid plan quickly and independently.
