factis for social services accompanies social educators and social workers through their daily work:
* documents the face2face contact in the client's home,
* logs who was at the group event
* and the phone call with the legal guardian is quickly noted.
This can be settled securely and promptly with the insurance provider.
The progress documentation is also done quickly: each new entry is supported by wording aids and is automatically marked, depending on which goal it refers to in the help plan.
