WHAT THE APP DOES

Planning a festival, a concert weekend, or a trip with friends? Festival Tracker organizes all your group's tickets, expenses, and subsequent accounting – completely automatically and without spreadsheets.

GROUPS AND EVENTS

✓ Closed groups with invitation links – only members see events and expenses
✓ New members automatically join the group after registration
✓ Unlimited events per group – with a date or time period for multi-day festivals
✓ Flexible location, description, and participants for each event
✓ Upload tickets as PDFs or Apple Wallet (.pkpass) and assign them to participants
✓ Tickets are only visible to the assigned person

EXPENSES AND BILLING

✓ Record expenses in the categories of tickets, accommodation, travel, and miscellaneous
✓ Equal or individual cost sharing
✓ Automatic calculation – who owes whom how much, with minimal transactions
✓ Record payments directly in the app to settle debts
