Ratings and reviews

The service is good but the app is very buggy, clunky, and slow. Switching to product details takes several seconds. No indication that anything is loading. Switching back to category view, the position within the category hierarchy and page is lost, so that you need to navigate to the previous position all over again. Credit card details are cleared each time when switching back and forth between the app and password manager.

Unreliable! I have ordered from Flaschenpost five times and every time has been delayed. Currently it is 23:25 and the original delivery window was 20:30 to 22:30. When I check the delivery status it says "estimated delivery time 22:35 to 23:05". This is not what I want to stay awake for.

App is just a Wrapper for a Webview, implementation is terrible, the view reloads every time you switch back into the app making payment impossible if your bank requires confirmation in their app. If you scroll through a list, go to a product and back you're at the top of the list again. Usability is the worst. EDIT: Now it doesn't even start anymore, crashes after splash screen.
