Won't accept my phone number as valid, both on the website and in the application. Taking to a customer representative did nothing to help. Good luck using this if you're using freedom mobile. -- update contacted support and they manually entered my phone number
So many bugs since the update doesn't work at all! Terrible! Charged me 3 times for food that didn't arrive. Now after latest update I can't even check out! Just says error "400". Customer service is dreadful and have no clue what the problem is. Wasted over 2 hours talking to them! Will never use this app again!!! And I'm in Brisbane. It worked before now it's rubbish!!!
Don't understand why you have to tip first before you receive the food. It should be offered after especially since most times food is late and cold.
Worst service. Both times in 2 days I've tried to order food it's super delayed. Plus it's already more expensive than other apps. Not worth it.
For many reasons, I gave this app 1 star. The app goes really well and it is well done. However, the service was the worst. I tried the 10$ voucher for a pickup (2 times at 2 different restaurants) and in both cases the staff didn't know what we were coming to pick up and didn't prepare our food. They both even tried to make us pay the full value of the meals. It needs a lot of improvement in the organisation of the contact with the restaurant. I really don't recommend it, even if you have a 10$ voucher.
We use this ALL the time. The promo codes have helped, but even without them we use foodora on nights off and have learned about amazing new restos near us we never knew about!!
