About this app
The fully featured monitos mobile app for Android or iOS, in addition to email, SMS/voice, and Apprise notifications, provides administrators with another way to handle incidents in their IT infrastructure. It was developed with a focus on notifications and saving time. In the event of an alarm, the mobile app allows users to quickly see the current problem at any time of day or night. This leads to faster response and resolution times before a user reports the issue.
A sophisticated app dashboard is available for visualization, guaranteeing you all the necessary information at a glance.
The monitos ITSM control center combines IT monitoring, IT documentation, vulnerability management, user helpdesk, IT processes and services, network management, and log analysis in a single, centralized system without duplicate data storage.
Traditional IT service management and IT operations management environments typically rely on manually maintained IT documentation linked to ticket management systems, along with other, isolated solutions such as monitoring and log inventory. This creates a high maintenance workload and distracts IT staff from truly critical tasks.
The monitos ITSM control center provides a unified structure and management system for all IT assets across all participating systems. This system only needs to be configured once, as much of the IT inventory is automatically imported into the CMDB via the inventory module, VMware integration, and the defined service and application structure. This CMDB is then accessible within the ticketing system, IT processes, monitoring, and vulnerability management.
With the monitos ITSM control center, you get IT service software that transparently collects service requests in a single system and makes processing them simple and straightforward. As required, work processes such as service asset and configuration management, knowledge management and change management are supported in accordance with ITIL.
