Ratings and reviews

The app crashes whenever I try to open any of my claims. This is literally the most important feature of the app, and it fails completely. There are no other options available since policies can only be managed through the application—there is no website alternative. Feather is doing much better. For some reason the app opens t.me links—this is very annoying.

Edit: After my review, the customer support contacted me really quickly and helped me resolve the issue (reinstalled the application couple of times, seemed to work). The one missing star is due to the fact, it is still hit and miss on start ups, sometimes it still gets stuck. The app stopped to function entirely after the last update, doesn't launch at all, gets stuck after the company logo animation. Considering that it is the only way to interact with the insurer, it is unacceptable.

Totally unnecessary to force customers to download a dumb chatbot app. Everything could be done quicker, more easily (and cheaper for the company with one code base) just building for the web browser. I hate that I have to use a tiny screen device to do something as important as insurance. If I need to claim, I don't want to use my phone. I want a proper screen where I can actually read the documents. This whole experience is just bad.
