Ratings and reviews

The app crashes whenever I try to open any of my claims. This is literally the most important feature of the app, and it fails completely. There are no other options available since policies can only be managed through the application—there is no website alternative. Feather is doing much better.

Review update: The whole Get safe interface and backend processes are buggy and seem to be designed to discourage the use of a legal insurance as much as possible. Everything goes fine as long as you actually don't need to use the legal insurance they provide. It's almost 2 months that I have been trying successfully to get a lawyer to review my case, I've had to bounce between clueless people over the phone without managing get what I need. I'll switch to another provider as soon as I can.

Took out insurance, went to download the app as this is the only means of managing your account - the app initially opened with an error screen, now crashes every time I open it. Still haven't received any insurance documentation. **edit** I was taking out a policy for Germany, I am now in Germany and after about 20x of deleting and redownloading the app have managed to get it to not crash and log in to view my policy. Policy documentation not sent on purchase, only in app - great...
