Which insurance products are available?

In Germany, we cover the following areas: liability and legal, living and mobility, health, finance and occupation.

In Austria, you can take out home and liability insurance with Getsafe.

In the United Kingdom, we offer home insurance as well as buildings and contents insurance.

Ratings and reviews

Edit: After my review, the customer support contacted me really quickly and helped me resolve the issue (reinstalled the application couple of times, seemed to work). The one missing star is due to the fact, it is still hit and miss on start ups, sometimes it still gets stuck. The app stopped to function entirely after the last update, doesn't launch at all, gets stuck after the company logo animation. Considering that it is the only way to interact with the insurer, it is unacceptable.

The app itself is mostly just a Chatbot that could just as well work in the browser, but for some reason, we need the user to download an app to get our point across. The app itself isn't that good either; the scaling is broken on my device, and the buttons get cut off at the bottom of the screen with no way to scroll down. Upon installation, you are already prompted to buy more products from them, and before the setup is complete, you are expected to leave feedback. Overall, very unnecessary.

I really like the design and interface of the app. It's very intuitive and easy to use, and of course its in English. I haven't actually filed any claims yet, so I can't rate the service, but as far as the app goes, I like it. The only downside is that out of the 3 insurances I have with Getsafe, only 1 of the legal documents is in English, the rest are in German. If all the documents were in English I would give the app 5*
