Which insurance products are available?

In Germany, we cover the following areas: liability and legal, living and mobility, health, finance and occupation.

In Austria, you can take out home and liability insurance with Getsafe.

In the United Kingdom, we offer home insurance as well as buildings and contents insurance.

👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽App does not open. But when it does (if you are lucky) and you need assistance, the chat that is it's presentation page, does not work either. They never reply chats, but also they do not reply to emails. It is almost impossible to contact customer service. I filed a claim a while ago, and have not received confirmation nor update about it.

I got coverage for legal insurance through the app, but the payment could not be processed. After trying 4 times I changed the payment method and the app captured the fee 4 times. Lol What?! The chat functionality in the app does not seem to work. Calls are not answered. I am sure I will get my money back, but the user experience is horrible. It is fair to say, that I have not yet had a chance to use the actual insurance yet. And I give 1 star rating to App it self, not the insurance service.

If you make it compulsory to have the app then it should work. It has been having bugs on my samsung galaxy for weeks now. When i click on "services" i just go back to the "coverage" page. I have no way of controlling payment, the option to decide when to pay woule be great. I tried to call your hotline but you're having an internal event so no one is in today. After a few clicks the app goes back to the splash screen and gets stuck.
