Which insurance products are available?

In Germany, we cover the following areas: liability and legal, living and mobility, health, finance and occupation.

In Austria, you can take out home and liability insurance with Getsafe.

In the United Kingdom, we offer home insurance as well as buildings and contents insurance.

I really like the design and interface of the app. It's very intuitive and easy to use, and of course its in English. I haven't actually filed any claims yet, so I can't rate the service, but as far as the app goes, I like it. The only downside is that out of the 3 insurances I have with Getsafe, only 1 of the legal documents is in English, the rest are in German. If all the documents were in English I would give the app 5*

I'm encountering a persistent issue with the GETSAFE app where I'm unable to write to my concierge due to a notification for an expired offer. This constant notification blocks my access to the chat or call feature, preventing me from seeking assistance. Despite attempting various troubleshooting steps such as logging out, clearing cache and data, reinstalling the app on multiple devices, and clicking the 'Contact the Concierge' button on the Personal Information page, the problem persists.

If you make it compulsory to have the app then it should work. It has been having bugs on my samsung galaxy for weeks now. When i click on "services" i just go back to the "coverage" page. I have no way of controlling payment, the option to decide when to pay woule be great. I tried to call your hotline but you're having an internal event so no one is in today. After a few clicks the app goes back to the splash screen and gets stuck.
