The Generali Mobile Health App is your smart solution for health questions: Find an online doctor, reliable information about illnesses, and suitable specialists – anytime you're online. Free for everyone 18 and over.
Online Doctor's Office
Book an online doctor's appointment via video through our partner TeleClinic. Doctors are available 365 days a year to advise you and issue digital prescriptions or sick notes. You can pick up medications in person or by delivery. (Currently only private prescriptions are available; you must pay for them yourself.)
Understanding Symptoms
The AI-based symptom checker helps you identify possible causes of your symptoms and immediately shows you suitable self-help measures.
Diseases from A to Z
From achalasia to celiac disease: In the comprehensive disease ABC, you can quickly find sound medical information.
Health+ Area
Here you can purchase coupons for certified health programs from Generali Health Solutions GmbH:
– Access to specialists: BetterDoc finds the right doctor's office or clinic for your diagnosis. After registering by phone, you will receive a qualified second opinion.
– Your nutrition guide: Thieme TeleCare provides telephone advice on eating habits, trends, and food intolerances.
– Blood pressure under control: Access to the Manoa app for personalized support with blood pressure, nutrition, exercise, and relaxation.

In your preventive care profile, you can:
- View preventive checkups
- Enter and view scheduled and upcoming appointments
- Receive push notifications to remind you of preventive care appointments
In your health profile, you can see information about completed, scheduled, and pending preventive checkups.
Security for your data
With Generali Mobile Health, you have your health and your data in your hands. You decide which data you store and which you want to share with whom. And we ensure the necessary security.
Your data is protected from unauthorized access by third parties using the latest encryption and security standards. We use data centers and servers in the European Union.
The Generali Mobile Health app is available free of charge to everyone aged 18 and over – regardless of where or how you are insured.
We would like to inform you about new services and features of the GMH app, as well as offers from Generali Health Solutions GmbH. We also ask for your feedback on the app. We will send you this information by email, or it will be displayed as messages in the app or as push notifications.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by contacting Generali Health Solutions GmbH, for example, by email: gmh-support.ghs@generali.com, or by sliding the toggle to the left in your Health profile under Settings. Revoking your consent does not affect the legality of advertising carried out based on your consent prior to its revocation.
