Glas Design Team is the on-site app for the employees of Glas & Design Berlin. It shows each installer their day, receives feedback from the job site, and collects the documentation that will later be used for invoicing.
THE DAY AT A GLANCE
All of the day's jobs with time slots, addresses, contact persons, and status. Urgent jobs and emergency services are immediately identifiable.
A TIP INSTEAD OF A FORM
Arrived, completed, follow-up appointment, customer not found, measurements differ: the most common feedback is presented as a single tip. The office decides which steps are permitted, not the app.
PHOTOS AND SIGNATURES
Photos of damage and installation documentation are recorded directly at the job site. Acceptance can be signed on-site.
WORKS EVEN IN BASEMENTS
Berlin courtyards and stairwells often lack cell service. The app continues to work: feedback is stored locally and automatically sent as soon as a network connection is available again. Each piece of feedback is recorded exactly once, even if the connection is interrupted mid-transmission.
ON THE APPLE WATCH
The companion app displays the day's tasks on your wrist, the next work location, and the phone number for calling. Arrival and completion can be reported directly from the watch.
SECURE WITHOUT A PASSWORD
No password is ever shared with a delivery van. The device is unlocked once with a code from the office; if a device is lost, the office immediately locks it. Job data is stored encrypted on the device.

This app is exclusively for the Glas & Design Berlin team. There is no public registration—access is created within the office.
