Thank you for downloading or updating our mobile app. Following customer feedback this latest release features the option to start your ticket purchase from within the app. Once you have selected your passenger(s), train(s) and prices the app passes the booking over to our website to complete the transaction. Existing features include live train information and real-time train push alerts.

Ratings and reviews

The search is worse than the website version. I log in to buy a ticket, and it redirects to the website for payment. And then doesn't give me the option of QR code ticket so I still have to use the machine. Can't view my bookings even though I'm logged in, I have to provide my email address and booking number, and still doesn't actually work. This app is complete trash.

"Live" information for Dart trains is not accurate at all. Trains' delays are often not reported; when they are, they're overestimated. But that's nothing compared to the total uselessness of this app whenever Dart lines are disrupted: of course key info like that is not even mentioned. What's the point of downloading this app if I have to check on X for reliable updates?

This App is far too basic. You can't store and open tickets for inspection in the App, which is ridiculous. Downloading tickets is like pulling teeth. Cancelling and changing tickets also needs attention. All of this is a pity because the service it represents is very good and pleasant to use. It's the App that causes the stress.
