Desperately inaccurate Never gets the live times right. Been watching the bulletin for the last hour saying it was on time they just announced at the station there's a 23 minute delay and the app still hasn't changed. I don't mind a few minutes off but a full 23 and the app is displaying on time. And it's a constant issue. At the end of the day i T's an app befitting Irish rail. A poor service....
Live times do not work It looks like they are calculating live times by checking their static timetable instead of checking the trains actual location via GPS and doing a few simple calculations! Poor user experience which sums up Irish Rail really.
Incorrect information It displayed a train on Sunday that never existed... It should be OK on weekdays, but ultimately unreliable. Thus it's better to browse the timetable on their website (to plan ur journey, use Google maps, or whatever works for u, that also displays connections to bus or luas) I guess I am eagerly waiting for the patch...
Real time my hole Good if it worked. My train is 40 minutes late yet the app tells me there's no delays and train will travel back in time to get me to my destination 30 minutes ago... Crackle crackle crackle from the station announcer.
Shockingly inaccurate live timings You have more of a chance of the static times being right than the live updates. There's absolutely no point in having this feature when it never works properly. Either have RealTime live updates based on GPS or scrap this feature
Wrong times ...for some journeys and the times advised are later rather than early, which has led to missing a train. Ok app but cannot be relied on.
