HamLog is a free logbook for amateur radio operators – developed by an amateur radio operator for amateur radio operators, with no ads, no tracking, and no in-app purchases.
QUICKLY AND CLEARLY RECORD QSOS
Call sign, frequency, mode, and all other information can be entered quickly. The field names are based on the ADIF-3 standard to ensure lossless import and export. Band chips automatically switch to the common IARU Region 1 calling frequencies; if a transceiver is connected, the frequency and mode are automatically applied.
CAT CONNECTION VIA USB
HamLog reads the frequency and mode directly from the transceiver – via a USB-to-serial adapter. The most common dialects from Icom (CI-V), Kenwood/Elecraft, and Yaesu (old and new) are supported. Data is only written on explicit request; transmission never occurs.
DX CLUSTER, ADIF, QRZ.COM
A DX cluster can be integrated to directly import spots into your logbook. Existing logbooks can be imported as ADIF files, and your own log can be exported as ADIF at any time. Call signs can be looked up via QRZ.com, and QSOs can be uploaded directly to your QRZ logbook.
LOCATION AND DISTANCE
Your locator can be determined via GPS; the distance to the other station is automatically calculated and saved.
MULTILINGUAL
HamLog is fully available in German, English, French, and Italian.
SECURE AND DISCREET
Access data for QRZ.com is encrypted and stored via the Android Keystore, optionally linked to the screen lock. HamLog does not collect any usage data, displays no advertising, and requires no purchases.
