PuulAlert is the alarm and notification platform for Puul Automation customers.

Receive malfunctions, warnings, and critical alarms from your swimming pool, HVAC, and building automation systems directly on your smartphone. This keeps you informed about the status of your systems at all times and allows you to react quickly to important events.

With PuulAlert, you receive real-time push notifications, an overview of all active and historical alerts, and detailed information about the alarm history. Employees can accept, process, and mark alerts as resolved. All activities are transparently documented and traceable at any time.

Critical events can be delivered as critical iOS notifications, if required, and will reach personnel even when the app is muted or in focus mode.

The app is intended exclusively for authorized operations and security personnel and is not for general information or advertising purposes. It supports existing security and operational concepts and contributes to increased operational safety.

Critical alerts are used exclusively for security-relevant incidents requiring immediate action. These notifications are infrequent, event-driven, and solely for the protection of guests and staff.

The app processes only operationally relevant information. No personal data of guests is collected or processed. Its use is governed by the existing data protection and security concepts of the respective establishment.
