As part of a Germany-wide pilot project for headache prevention, the app is completely free for all users. There are no paid subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no advertising, and that forever: The app will continue to be available to all users in the future completely free of charge.
 
The headache and the prevention recommendations are based on current scientific knowledge and the experience of clinical headache diagnostics and therapy.
 
The pilot project "KopfHoch - Kopfschmerz & Migräne at the University will competently prevent" will be organized by ZIES gemeinnützigen GmbH under the medical direction of Prof. Dr. med. med. Dipl.-Psych. Hartmut Göbel and by promotion of the BARMER Ersatzkasse carried out nationwide in accordance with their statutory prevention mandate.
 
Prof. Dr. med. Dipl.-Psych. Hartmut Göbel is Director of the Pain Clinic Kiel and is one of the world's recognized specialists for headache disorders. As a member of an international team of experts, he supervises the "International Classification of Headache Disorders" (ICHD) that is relevant for the diagnosis of headaches. His research on headache and migraine has received numerous national and international awards.

Privacy:
Data protection regulations are strictly adhered to. The data entered in the app by the user remains solely on the device of the user and will not be transmitted or disclosed to third parties. If the user wants to share information, eg. B. to his attending physician, this is done only by active initiative of the user.
