Last version - is not working. Is not even opening. I had to use the web page to get the qr code scanned. And I cannot see the point for the purchase. Maybe because I used the voucher? But where to find the T&Cs? Why to make things complicated? Why not? :-) I deleted and reinstalled. Same problem!! Anyway, is not the first time I have such issues! Guys, please, use this apps in real time, I am sure you will be mad as well... :-(

Whenever I actually need this app, when I need to show my membership card in line at stores, it NEVER works. I need to stand aside from the queues, wait for long. Rebooting, reinstalling, nothing helps. It is like it has a blocking feature to prevent use when it actually matters. After logging in with my credentials why does it ask over and over for my account details on same phone? FIX IT PLEASE Should not be that hard

My Heinemann account was not instantly recognized. I waited about 30 min. The app works now. It's very convenient to preorder something and pick it up before the flight. In my case, I paid less because of a discount applied between preorder and pick up.
