Turn chores into heroic deeds.

Heroic Reward is the pocket money app for families: Parents create tasks with a fixed reward, children complete them and upload proof. Parents approve, and the money is immediately deposited into the child's account. No more notes on the fridge, no more arguments about who did what and when.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Create a family. One parent registers and creates an account for each child—with a family code and their own PIN. Children don't need an email address or their own account.

2. Create heroic deeds. Describe the task, set the reward, and you're done. One-time or recurring.

3. Complete and submit proof. The child accepts a task, completes it, and uploads a photo or voice message as proof.

4. Review and approve. Parents see all pending proofs in an inbox and decide with a tap. Upon approval, the reward is credited.

POSIT MONEY THAT REMAINS TRACEABLE

Heldenlohn maintains a separate account for each child. Every credit, every payout, and every adjustment is recorded as a separate transaction; nothing is overwritten retroactively. Parents and children always see the same balance—eliminating the question, "How much do I actually have?"

Payouts are made in cash, directly within the family: The child requests it, the parents provide the money and confirm it in the app. Heldenlohn does not process payments or hold any money.

DATA PROTECTION

Children's accounts do not require an email address. Photo and audio evidence is stored securely and automatically deleted 30 days after the decision. Family and account data are stored within the EU. There is no advertising, no ad tracking, and no data is sold. AI pre-verification is disabled by default; if enabled, the evidence is sent to the OpenAI API for pre-verification. Further details can be found in the privacy policy.
