The HSD service app as a mobile service center offers all users of a company the opportunity to request a service. This can be, for example, a service based on a fault report or a special cleaning. The detector is process-controlled on the basis of an assistant, with the selection of the object concerned (e.g. room, device or system), right up to the selection of trades and error types.
Your own messages are clearly displayed and enable transparent status monitoring. Complaints can already be made within the defined complaint time window.
If the connection to the server is not available due to connection problems, this is not a challenge due to the offline functionality.
