The North Rhine-Westphalia Trade Association (HV NRW) represents the interests of the North Rhine-Westphalian retail sector vis-à-vis the legislators and regulations at the state level as well as vis-à-vis parties, authorities and the public. As an employers' association, it continuously works to ensure that retail in North Rhine-Westphalia continues to be perceived as an attractive employer and trainer. As the largest collective bargaining association in the industry in Germany, it regularly negotiates the collective wage and salary agreements as well as the contents of the general collective agreement for the industry with the unions on behalf of the North Rhine-Westphalian retail companies. The NRW trade association offers its members numerous services and helpful material and wants to use the app to make both even more accessible and to promote exchange and dialogue among each other.
