Organic freshness from the field straight to your home. Ida is a marketing community of three organic farmers (Bernd Huth, Hans von Hagenow and Heinz Bursch), each of whom has their own core competence. Fruit and vegetables, milk and dairy products, meat and sausage products are the areas of responsibility of the “three”. The range is supplemented by partners such as David Lee Schlenker's organic bakery (DLS) and Johannes Nachtwey's organic fruit growing business. Tropical fruits and imports are delivered by the Demeter wholesaler Friedel Müller and Ines Abeln, who also enjoy the trust of the three for many years. These companies can all be found within a 30 km radius of Cologne - in this sense, Essen is home. If you want to know exactly where the food comes from, simply use the farm festival, a visit to the farm shop or one of the organic markets in Cologne and Bonn to find out more.
