As a customer of Allgäuer Wohnungsverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG Treuhandgesellschaft, you benefit from a particularly innovative customer service that offers you a great deal of freedom. With the AWV app, you can report concerns and damage to us around the clock, including photo documentation, via smartphone. In addition, we provide you with a digital document folder with important documents for your property(s). We use the digital bulletin board to proactively provide push notifications about important information about the properties entrusted to us.

- Fast and efficient communication: In our AWV app you will find all information and documentation bundled in one place - in your pocket and available digitally at all times
- Always informed: Do you have questions about billing, re-ordering keys or owner meetings? In an FAQ area you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions.
- Interactive: You can record damage reports or other concerns with photos directly in the AWV app. Your case will be processed quickly and you will receive regular status updates via push messages.
- Transparent: All important information and discussions can be tracked and commented on the bulletin board.

How to register for the AWV app:
- You will receive a personalized email from us with an invitation to join the AWV App
- Press the “Confirm registration” button and enter your personally chosen password
- Download the AWV app for your smartphone
- And you can already use all the advantages of our digital customer service!
