The BEWOG app allows you to conveniently report your concerns and damage to us around the clock via your smartphone. You also benefit from the digital document folder with which you can view important documents about your property on your smartphone, tablet or computer. Via the digital bulletin board via push notification, we proactively inform you about important information in your property - regardless of where you are staying.

- FAQ Area: We answer frequently asked questions about various real estate issues.
How to register for the BEWOG app:
- You will receive a proactive e-mail from us with a personal invitation to join the BEWOG app
- Press the “Confirm registration” button and enter your personally chosen password
- Download the BEWOG app for your smartphone
- And you can already use all the advantages of our digital customer service!
