Media outlets operate according to the decades-old “if it bleeds, it leads” mantra. We are more likely to pay attention to bad news, and since that’s what keeps newsrooms going, negative stories dominate the narrative. We’re here to fix this imbalance.

Every day, from Monday to Friday, we browse the internet to find stories about inspiring people, innovations, and solutions to eco-social problems. The result: five good news editions a week – each made up of the six most uplifting and relevant stories from around the world.

Whether it be clean energy, animal rights, recycling, social justice, biodiversity, global health, or technological advancements, we will make sure to cover all relevant aspects of life.

I love this app. With all the negative and anxiety-inducing news around, I really appreciate anything that helps bring some positivity into my day, and this really helps. I was nervous the app was going to shut down recently, but it's back up and running, and it's still great. I don't write many reviews for apps, but I want to promote this one if nothing else but to spread some positivity to others.

Good stuff! Wish there was a bit more diversity in their stories (e.g. more human interest stories) and a bit more consistency, but I understand this is partially due to less-than-ideal funding. Overall, simple and intuitive layout and good content.

Simply and highly effective. A summary of 5 article every few days always varied and always positive and uplifting. The original source article is always linked and the in app summary is always well written. A super easy and efficient way to find about about all theazing science, social and environmental work happening all over the world
