About this app

Omloo is the app for everything that keeps coming back. Plan recurring tasks in nearly every combination imaginable – and never forget when something is due again.

🔁 ANY RHYTHM YOU NEED Daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly, yearly, or your own custom interval. Set fixed weekdays (e.g. Mon/Wed/Fri), a fixed day of the month, or a fixed date each year. Once it's set up, Omloo schedules the next due date on its own – even after you complete or skip one.

⏱️ TWO KINDS OF TASKS • Scheduled tasks are due on a specific day – with or without a time of day. • Ongoing tasks have a window: a deadline (“by …”) or a yearly recurring window, like filing your taxes from February to May. They show up in good time and grow more urgent toward the end of the window.

📋 EVERYTHING DUE, AT A GLANCE The “Current” overview sorts automatically by due date: overdue, today, tomorrow, this week, this month … You instantly see what's coming up.

📅 YOUR CALENDAR, RIGHT THERE Import your phone calendar and see the next few days' events right next to your tasks. Read-only and on-device.

🔔 REMINDERS THAT LAND Up to three reminders on the due date, exactly when you choose, so nothing slips through.

All of this is completely free when you use it on your own.

👪 TOGETHER AS A HOUSEHOLD Invite more people with an invite code or a QR scan – each with their own account, all in the same household: • Assign tasks to specific members or leave them open “for everyone” • Everyday jobs (taking out the trash, emptying the dishwasher …) earn points – with a weekly overview and weekly winners • Fridge – your digital fridge door: notes and checklists to stick up, from “last math grade” to “What should we eat this week?” to the shared shopping list everyone ticks off live • Live sync across every device in the household

Using it on your own stays free forever. Only when you plan together as a household does a fair subscription unlock the team features – monthly or yearly, cancel anytime.
