About this app

DE-ITMS is the mobile app of the Internal Transport Management System: a complete transport and fleet management platform for companies that move goods between warehouses, branches and customers. Drivers run their trips from the app, and supervisors follow the fleet from the same place.

FOR DRIVERS

• Trip workflow from start to finish
Receive assigned trips, accept or decline them, and move through every stage: departure, arrival at the loading point, loading, en route, arrival at the drop-off point, unloading and delivery. Each stage is one tap, with the next step always on screen.

• Live GPS tracking during the shift
Check in at the start of your shift and the app shares your location with the operations room until you check out, so dispatch can answer "where is the shipment?" without calling you.

• Maps and navigation
See the trip route, the loading and delivery points and your own position on the map, and hand off to your navigation app for turn-by-turn directions.

• Proof of delivery
Capture delivery photos, delivery codes and recipient details from the app, so the paperwork is finished the moment the stop is.

• Multi-point trips
A single trip can carry several loading and drop-off points, each with its own status, notes and proof.

• Notifications that matter
Instant alerts for a new trip offer, a change to your assignment, and shift reminders, with an in-app inbox so nothing is lost.

Check in and out, see your working hours, and follow your delivery score, on-time rate and achievements.

• Works on a weak signal
Updates are queued when coverage drops and sync automatically when the connection returns.

A read-only management view shows live trip status, driver activity and fleet movement from the phone, for companies that enable it.

The whole app is bilingual, with full right-to-left support in Arabic, and it switches language in one tap.

DE-ITMS is a business app. It works only with an account issued by your employer on their DE-ITMS subscription; it is not a public service and you cannot create an account inside the app. Contact your operations team to be added.

Location is used to show your position on the trip map and to share your progress with your employer's operations room while you are checked in for a shift. The app is published by Digital Edge Establishment.
