DrawerDiff tidies your folders – safely, traceably and without any cloud.

Pick a folder with your device's file manager. DrawerDiff scans it and keeps it as a “drawer”. From there you have the tools:

• FIND DUPLICATES – identical files are detected by size and checksum, not just by name. You see every group, decide what stays, and the rest goes to the trash.
• TRASH WITH RESTORE – nothing is deleted right away. Every run is a log entry you can undo completely.
• SORT INTO FOLDERS – distribute files into subfolders by date, name or capture location.
• GROUP – detect files that belong together (series, albums) and arrange them.
• SPLIT MP3/WAV – cut long recordings into pieces; the original stays untouched.
• LYRICS – read artist and title from the tags, find lyrics and save them as a file.
• BACK UP CONTACTS – export your address book to a file and share it. Nothing in the address book is changed.
• PROTECT FAVORITES – marked pictures are never proposed for removal automatically.

Finding, comparing and previewing are free. An account is optional: it lets you share settings and the log with the web version (drawer-diff.mysocialway.com) and iOS.

Your files stay on your device. DrawerDiff uploads nothing.
