We take our guests on a journey through the kitchens of the world, opening their eyes and taste buds to exotic spices and new dishes. At the same time, we place accents on local cuisine, prefer - where possible - food from local suppliers and take regional kitchen preferences into account. We follow the seasonal rhythm. A high degree of freshness has top priority, convenience is used intelligently and only sparingly.
