• Report anonymously or report with email address
You don't have to provide any personal information if you want to submit reports - you can also do so anonymously! However, if you would like confirmation that the message has been received, you can add an email address. This will only be used for queries in connection with the report.


• Status of messages
In the app's overview, all messages that can be published are listed and given a processing status, for example "In progress" or "Closed".

As soon as your report is closed, you will be notified by email if you have provided an email address.

Kiel.MeldeMöwe offers various categories for which reports can be submitted. Reports that fit these categories will be received by the responsible authorities and the defect will be processed as quickly as possible.


• Overview of messages
In the list overview of all published messages, you can filter and sort by category, creation date and status. There is also a map view with detailed information about the messages.
All messages are checked before publication, so you cannot immediately find your message in the list overview. Reports with personal data in the text will not be published.

• Handling photos
Please note that all photos are checked before publication. Unfortunately, photos with personal information cannot be published.

We are currently expanding the reporting service and gradually adding more categories.
