Smartphones or tablets have become an indispensable part of personal (work) life, which is why the new KigaRoo app for all employees is now available free of charge for all KigaRoo customers in the well-known app stores.
Emergency contacts for trips, the latest appointments, important files, photo albums, menus, group chat and even time tracking can be accessed via the new KigaRoo app. On request also in English. So all the information is in one place and quickly to hand, even when you’re on the go!
With the new data exchange folder: no longer send sensitive data by e-mail, but share it conveniently and in compliance with data protection via the app!
Similar to the data exchange folder for children, there is now also an exchange folder for employee files. Store individual employees, e.g. important personal documents with just a few clicks in KigaRoo or, for example, have the current AU certificate sent to you in compliance with data protection regulations. You will then automatically find all documents in the corresponding file of the respective employee, and you will of course also be automatically informed that they have been received.
The "Chat Module": Never again "Whats App groups"
With the help of the new "chat module" you can exchange ideas with people you care about from the different groups - of course completely in compliance with data protection. The chat can also be used exclusively for internal communication: simply create a work group and add the desired employees. Of course, all admins (or the employees of the groups on their behalf) retain control: all chats can be viewed by the respective employees of the group, group leaders and the admins of the institution can moderate posts by other authors and even delete them if necessary. Incidentally, of course, you decide for which group(s) the chat is activated - simply activate the chat via the master data of the group and off you go.
