The Hedi Family Portal makes it easier for you to communicate on a daily basis about the care of your child in the Hedi daycare centers in the Archdiocese of Berlin. With the Hedi FamilyPortal you can keep an eye on all the news and important appointments for your child's facility safely and conveniently. The app is free and user-friendly to make your everyday life easier.
What can this app do?
If your child is unable to attend the daycare center due to illness, you can easily and conveniently inform the teachers at your daycare center using the app's integrated absence function. The existing address book allows you to conveniently contact other legal guardians in the group, your child's educators or the daycare center management directly. You can upload profile pictures for your child and yourself and specify at any time which of your contact details should be visible to other guardians.
Automatically via email or push notification – you decide whether and how you want to be informed about calendar entries, news or uploaded files. Enjoy access to news, the weekly menu and appointments at any time. This way you are always up to date.
An integrated data exchange folder allows you to exchange documents of any kind with the facility - and vice versa. The user interface can be switched into several languages. We attach particular importance to security and GDPR-compliant storage: All data generated in the Hedi FamilienPortal is stored in a German data center.

Dieses Update führt u.a. die Mehrsprachigkeit ein: Sowohl Menüführung, als auch durch die Einrichtung veröffentlichte Inhalte, können jetzt in diversen Sprachen angezeigt werden.
Für gezielte Kommunikation besteht die Möglichkeit, Einzel-Chats zwischen Einrichtung und Bezugspersonen sowie Einrichtung und eigens kreierten Interessensgruppen zu tätigen.
Zusätzlich lassen sich ausgewählte, von der Einrichtung erzeugte Dokumente, per neuem E-Signatur-Verfahren direkt über die App unterschreiben.
