the worst customer service i have ever seen i kept sending emails and emails with no logical response and they didn't even send me the sim card the funny thing is that they sent me the bill to the correct address but my sim card that i asked for wasn't sent a nightmare ( one star is soooo much for u )

Trying to login for last few days to check my data usage. Can't login. The widget keeps spinning.

I'm happy with Klarmobil. Although it's bit hard to connect to customer service center. Klarmobil need to improve in the area of customer support connectivity. Because people usually call when it's urgency and it's very frustrating...when it takes 20 min to connect to customer support. A personal tips for U. Don't wait to get connected with the customer support staff....rather choose the option in which they call you back. It works way better. Enjoy Klarmobil.
