Klubsache is the club app for everyone who keeps a club running smoothly. Members can see their training schedules, coaches can manage attendance, and the board can keep track of members and finances. Everything in one place, without paperwork or three different programs.

FOR MEMBERS
- Training schedule with RSVPs for each session
- Check off attendance at training sessions; the trainer confirms the list
- Group chat and individual messages, including voice messages
- Update personal information: address, phone number, email address
- Personal profile with picture and short text; users control what others see
- Birthdays and anniversaries within the club; send congratulations with a simple message
FOR COACHES
- Create training sessions and register yourself as the instructor
- Open and confirm attendance lists
- View and confirm your own shifts for billing purposes
- Members' exam readiness at a glance
FOR THE BOARD
- Member management including new and departing members, families, and departments
- Membership fees, SEPA direct debits, and dunning procedures
- Cash book, financial report, annual planning, and analyses with charts
- Coach billing, including mini-job and instructor regulations
- Group emails to filtered recipient groups, with images and attachments
- Membership application forms for your own Club Website
THE DATA BELONGS TO THE CLUB
Klubsache runs on a server in the EU. There is no advertising, no sharing of member data for advertising purposes, and no tracking pixels. Each club sees only its own data. All club data can be downloaded in full at any time, as tables along with all files – no application or cancellation required.
FOR SPORTS CLUBS WITH TRAINING
Klubsache originated from a karate club and incorporates its practices – gradings, examination regulations, and association reports. Clubs that don't participate in martial arts can deactivate these features and retain their members, fees, schedules, and chat.

Kassenwart und Vorstand tragen Einzugsermächtigungen jetzt direkt in der Akte ein: Kontoinhaber, IBAN und Datum der Unterschrift. In Familien wählst Du, ob sie nur für ein Mitglied oder für die ganze Familie gilt. Unter SEPA-Mandate stehen oben alle, die noch eine brauchen, ein Tipp öffnet die Akte.
