Many hearing training apps assume your child can already read.

Cicada is different: Your child can playfully and independently learn to hear with a cochlear implant – without having to read. Your child hears words, simple sentences, or descriptions and then selects the matching picture.

Who is Cicada for:

- Primarily for children with cochlear implants, but generally for anyone who has recently received their cochlear implant
- Ideal as a supplement to speech therapy and other therapies

For your child:

- No reading skills required: purely auditory and visual support
- Child-friendly illustrations: clear, colorful pictures
- Motivating: playful learning

What is trained:

- Hearing words and simple sentences
- Differentiating word lengths
- Recognizing everyday words
- Tricky contrast words
