About this app

TactixEMS is the incident management app for emergency medical services, ambulance services, and disaster relief. It combines personnel management, triage, situation map, and incident report in a single app, fully usable offline and developed by emergency responders. From daily situation reports to mass casualty incidents with many patients.

TactixEMS NEW: THE INCIDENT SITE IN 3D

- 3D situation map with official terrain model and buildings (BKG data)

- Hazard radar: operationally relevant objects in the vicinity, weighted by keyword and time, with information on requesting additional resources

- Wind from the nearest DWD (German Weather Service) station directly on the map, with lee-side indicators for industrial areas, storage tanks, and pipelines

- Air rescue in the vicinity: approaching helicopters from public ADS-B data, in 2D and 3D

- New native interface for iPhone and iPad: tab bar, swipe between sections, drag to refresh, bottom sheets

INCIDENT MANAGEMENT

- Create, update, and document incidents with timestamps

- Resource overview with status times S3, S4, and patient assignment

- Structured patient recording, triage (SK1 to SK4), and assignment to transport

- Automatic assignment of patient access codes (PZC)

- Situation reports with triage numbers, alert level, and requests for additional resources

- Incident log, also available as a voice memo

- Situation map with sections, markers, vehicle positions, and wind direction

- Report export as a PDF including the situation map

SCOUT MODE FOR CREWS

Scout mode works without logging in. Crews assess and record patients directly at the scene and transfer them to the incident command via QR code – structured and seamless.

OFFLINE FIRST
TactixEMS also works offline. All entries are saved on the device and automatically synchronized as soon as a connection is re-established. Changes that do not reach the server are visible at the incident and can be retransmitted.
