The new ladeapp offers access to the entire public charging infrastructure of all ladenetz.de partners. This makes you part of one of the largest charging network in Germany and Europe.

Whether in everyday life or when travelling – with the ladeapp you will never have to search for the next charging option again. We take you to your destination and make sure that electric mobility is already fun today – wherever you are.

The ladeapp gives you all the information you need about the availability of charging stations, charging power, tariffs and opening hours at a glance. Found the perfect charging station? Simply start the navigation and let your smartphone guide you directly to the charging point.

Once you arrive at the charging point, you can conveniently start and pay for a charging process using the app – with a click or QR code. Everything is quick, reliable and uncomplicated.

Do you use the ladeapp frequently? Then simply save your favourite charging points and their payment method locally in the ladeapp as a favourite, without obligation. This way you can start your next charging process even faster!

Absolute horrendous app. Fails to take payment, or glitches after 2 mins of charging so have to return to car.

The app does not show the charging stations when searching. Actually there are at least 4 stations near by

I've used this app to pay for charging in Munich several times this week. It is exremely unreliable, half the time it shows an error after the payment is processed, so the 50 EUR deposit (!!) is blocked on your card and no service is provided. And when I called the service line they told me to wait 7 bank working days to get my deposit back. Even when charging somehow works, they reserve 50 EUR, regardless of the amount finally charged and the 50 EUR is NOT released immediately !
