Everyone talks about your resume. No one talks about the documents behind it.
Certificates are in your inbox, certificates are in a folder under the bed, and your resume is named "Resume_final_new_2.docx". And when you need something quickly, you spend three evenings searching. That's exactly where Lifecycle comes in.
THREE STEPS, ONCE IN A LIFETIME
1. Scan. Lay the certificate flat, point the camera at it. The edges are detected, and the issuer and date are extracted. You drag and drop PDFs from emails directly into the scanner.
2. Assign. Each document is linked to the position it belongs to. The timeline immediately shows where something is missing or where there's a gap.
3. Share. A link with an expiration date. You choose what's visible for each document—and see in the log who opened what and when.
A LINK THAT NEVER GOES OUT OF TIME
A PDF becomes outdated the moment you click "Send". A
Lifecycle link always shows the current status—even three weeks after the application, when a new certificate has been added.
Withdrawal means withdrawal.
Rejected? Link to the application. No folder lying around somewhere. Anyone who still needs a PDF will receive one with their name watermarked.
Expiring Certificates
First aid, SCC, forklift license, high-angle rescue—Lifecycle knows the validity period and notifies you before things get embarrassing. That's why you should leave the app open even without a current application.
What Stays Private Stays Private
Pay slips, disability ID, birth certificate: these are stored securely, but don't appear in any shared profiles. You can completely hide your age and gender in your shared profile.
AT THE TRADE FAIR
Trade fair mode with QR code: One scan, and the company has your documents—no paper, no typing in an email address. You then export the contacts as a CSV file.
