About this app
IVENA eHealth (Interdisciplinary VERsorgungsNProof) is a web-based system for emergency services dispatch that is used in numerous regions in Germany and Austria. You can find more information about this at http://www.ivena.de.
When the central control center is deployed, the rescue service transmits the initial diagnosis using the so-called PZC (patient allocation code). This app helps emergency services personnel determine the correct PZC.
This app is no longer up to date. Now switch to the PZC app “with Plus”. The new design makes it easier to read and operate in use. Customize the app to your preferences with light/dark mode. Choose multiple preferred control centers if you are traveling in more than one area. The “IVENA eHealth PZC+” app is available in the store.
Important:
• The app can only be used in regions that use the PZC for patient allocation.

• PZC search for IVENA eHealth.
• Search for the 3-digit feedback indication (RMI) via RMI groups or full-text search.
• Creating RMI favorites.
• Selection from the possible treatment urgencies (SK1 to SK3).
• Selection of age or determination from date of birth.
• Generation of the 6-digit PZC.
• Call up the IVENA hospital overview.
• Online updating of RMI.
• Sharing RMI, RMI lists and PZC.
