About this app

With the MARIProject app, you can access your company data on the go, such as business partners, projects, or support tickets. Depending on your authorizations, you can view data, edit it, or even approve invoices, sales quotations, or receipts on expenses.
All data is stored centrally in MARIProject, the project management solution for SAP Business One. The solution was developed for the commercial management of projects in small and midsize businesses, such as companies in the engineering and construction sector or in the consulting and software industry.
The MARIProject App supports key business processes:
*** Record hours and assign them to a project
*** Record travel expenses, assign them to a project, and bill them internally
*** View customer and vendor data, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.
*** View project data, such as project managers, project phases, sales documents.
*** Edit support tickets: Handle customer requests, assign them to colleagues, and much more
*** Request vacation and flextime and send it to superior for approval.
*** Grant approvals: Responsible employees can approve requests, as well as purchase and sales documents.
*** Barcode and QR Code® recognition for scanning items in the warehouse
*** Project-related production is fully digitized: Time tracking, item consumption, goods issue and receipt.
*** Generate material requirements requests for projects and send them to purchasing / project management.
*** View reports and documents - time sheets, invoices, or sales quotations - as PDFs.
