About this app

NetCheck von Medventi prüft die Netzwerkverbindung an HelpChat-Standorten – z. B. in Kliniken und Pflegeeinrichtungen.

What NetCheck can:
• Checklist: DNS, HTTPS, API, WebSocket und App-Erreichbarkeit mit einem Tipp
• Live Monitoring: Verbindung im Hintergrund überwachen (configurable Interval)
• Protocol: All tests and failures are stored locally
• Export: Bericht für die IT-Abteilung teilen (e.g. by e-mail)

For whom?
NetCheck is aimed at the IT Administrator and technical personnel in our location – not at the Patient or Pflegekräfte.

Data protection:
Prüfungen laufen direkt vom Gerät aus. No personal patient data is recorded. Logs verbleiben auf dem Gerät, bis Sie sie exportieren.

Prerequisite:
Access to the respective HelpChat network bzw. configured Server Address.
