HOW IT WORKS
Take a photo – Capture the problem directly with your camera
Mark the location – The location is detected automatically, or you pick it on the map
Describe & submit – Add a short description and send your report
Track progress – Follow the status of your report at any time

AUTOMATIC ROUTING
You don't need to research which authority is responsible. Based on location and category, the Melden-App automatically identifies the right office and forwards your report – whether the roadworks, public order, or parks department.

AI ASSISTANCE
Photograph the problem and the AI automatically recognizes the right category and suggests a title and description. That saves time – you just review and send.

TRANSPARENT TRACKING
Every report gets a tracking ID, so you can check its current status at any time – from confirmation of receipt, through forwarding to the responsible office, to any replies it sends back.

ANONYMOUS OR WITH AN ACCOUNT
You decide: report problems completely anonymously, or create a free account to receive email updates on the status of your reports.
