Meldio helps you create a clear and structured overload or hazard report – step by step, in just a few minutes.

If you're short-staffed, tasks are piling up, or the workload is becoming too high, Meldio helps you document the facts: who was there, what was planned, what couldn't be accomplished, and what specific hazards existed. The result is a clean PDF that you can send directly to your manager via email.

The core functionality is and will remain free — fully and permanently available on Android.

Meldio Pro is for everyone who experiences overload regularly: History and analysis reveal that it's a pattern, not just a bad day; the employee representative report summarizes multiple reports into a single document for employee representation; and the backup ensures your records remain available even on a new phone.

Currently only available in the App Store, one-time purchase of €7.99. The Pro features will be available for Android at a later date.

IMPORTANT: Meldio documents your own perceptions and provides neutral text templates. Meldio does not replace legal advice and does not offer a legal assessment of individual cases.

Compared to your previous text, exactly three things will change: two new points under HOW IT WORKS (formulation aid, inviting colleagues) and a slightly more detailed Pro paragraph. Everything else, including the IMPORTANT section, remains the same.
